Wednesday, August 24th
Sound and Soul Mediation - Let your mind turn off in a sound bath meditation led by Toni of Tonic Treks. You will leave reset and refocused for the week.

Pop Up Poetry - Enjoy poetry while exploring the art of Elise Kendrick, focused on African American women’s unique hairstyles and salon experience.
Fellas Night @ EG & MC – If you want to meet the Black men (and women) cultivating the growth of this city, this is where you meet ‘em!!

State Fair - If you like corn(queue adorable video), fried everything, and extremely dangerous rides, you're going to enjoy the State Fair!
Friday, August 26th
La Mif a rooftop experience - Expect a vibe that will have you dancing while enjoying an amazing city view. The set is curated by @deeremerson, @afrosheen, @aj.smada, @__maniia
Soulful Fridays - The cool cats over at SoulBerg Studios are bringing live music back to Jefferson Street. Enjoy local artists and performances every Friday for under 🎟 $10.
Adult Recesses - It’s the 4th anniversary of Adult Recesses. A night of adult games and good people. I suspect there will be some epic surprises!
Adult Only Pool Party - You are never too old to enjoy some water slides and get your drink on at the same time.

Tedx Nashville - Tedx is back. Enjoy talks and speakers showcasing their experiences facing the impossible
Black Shakespeare in the park- Experience August Wilson’s Gem of The Ocean at Centennial Park. You might recognize the set designs by Xpayne who has worked with Slim & Husky, and recently had a showcase at the Cécret gallery.
Trap Bingo - In their words it's “not your grandma’s bingo”. Expect live music, funny moments, and good prizes.
Silence is Bliss - A curated experience by @jason and the Guidance Whiskey team. Should be a great time with quality whisky and good people.
State Fair Last day - Ahhh last day to get fried Oreos. 😢
